About Payton
I teach students to not only follow steps but also know how some equations are derived so they truly understand how math works instead of just doing a step by step process. This provides a better understanding of many of the concepts that way if a student forgets the steps, they can still get the correct answer and still get full credit for showing their work.

I am currently studying to become a math teacher so I do have some knowledge of teaching. I also have done some peer tutoring so I have experience as well. I can help in all levels of math up to vector calculus and I can help with many of the common science classes.
