Hey! I'm Will, I'm a Senior Royal Navy physical training instructor with over 8 years of experience in the health and fitness sector. Currently specialising in body re-composition, Cross Training, bodybuilding, fat loss, muscle gain, strength training, health and well-being advisory services. Boasting a broad range of experience and qualifications setting me apart from the average civilian personal trainer along with the professionalism and excellence to back it all up.
