About Kevin
Hello! I am currently an Actuarial Science undergraduate with a deep passion for numbers, logic, and analytical problem-solving. Pursuing a degree that heavily relies on advanced mathematics and economic theories has given me a highly solid foundation in these subjects.
I want to teach because I completely understand how intimidating Mathematics, Additional Mathematics, and Economics can be for many high school students. My main goal is to demystify these subjects and show students that with the right guidance and logical thinking, anyone can master them. I am a patient, dedicated, and highly approachable tutor who genuinely enjoys helping students overcome their academic fears, build unshakable confidence, and ultimately achieve their target grades.

As an Actuarial Science undergraduate, I have a deep and practical understanding of numbers, logic, and analytical thinking. My teaching methodology focuses on breaking down complex concepts in Mathematics, Additional Mathematics, and Economics into simple, easy-to-understand steps. I strongly believe in building logical understanding rather than just blindly memorizing formulas.
In my classes, we will focus on core concept mastery, step-by-step problem-solving, and intensive practice using past-year papers to build your exam confidence.
My lessons are designed for high school students, specifically targeting SPM, IGCSE, and Pre-University levels. A typical lesson lasts for 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on the student's attention span and needs. The pace of the class is highly personalized, meaning I will adapt to your unique learning style. Let's work together to turn your academic weaknesses into strengths and achieve your target grades!
