About Giselle
I have a degree in Criminal Justice. Growing up, I tutored many of my peers with math in the most simplistic manner in mathematics. I also have aided many students in transitioning from high school to college regarding the paperwork needed.

My teaching method varies according to the student. I tutor a student on a specific problem that needs to be solved step by step. If the student does not understand, I divert my focus to the specific part of the problem and explain it in a different, more simplistic manner until they understand. After the student understands the problem, I give out some practice problems to see if the student does understand how to solve a arithmetic problem.

Details
Students that are farther than 6 miles will be charged $16/hr. (travel expenses). If a tutoring session is cancelled for whatever reason, they must inform me three hours prior the tutoring session. Failure to do so will have a $15 cancellation fee (travel expenses). If cancellation is virtual, they must inform me one hour prior cancellation (failure to do so is a $5 cancellation fee).
