About Michelle
I am a trained integrative counsellor and have also worked within secondary education over the last 10 years. I am an instructor member for MHFA England and deliver Youth Mental Health First Aid training to education professionals, parents, community groups, foster carers and others supporting young people with a desire to be more informed about mental health and wanting knowledge on how to support young people better.

MHFA England Instructor Member training is accredited by the Royal Society of Public Health, once you have completed the 2 day course you may join the Association of Mental Health First Aiders – England’s first and only membership body. The course is 2 days in length and delivered live online. All physical and online course materials are included. The course is suitable for anyone working with, supporting, parents of young people ages 8-18 and qualifies you upon completion as a Youth Mental Health First Aider
