About Carla

Yoga has been a part of my life for many years. I carried out the training with the idea of being able to accompany the student in their progress in practice, noticing the changes on a physical and mental level. Working from the gross to the subtle. From the outside in.

About the lesson

The classes will be focused on exploring practice by practice, bringing yoga to everyday life, fusing different styles, having Hatha yoga as a base, adapting it to the needs of the practitioner. Making a space for enjoyment and relaxation.
In-person/online classes.
Beginner/intermediate.
Price per individual class.

Perfect!
