About Fiera
Hi! I am a passionate Civil Engineering student with a strong background in mathematics, physics, and calculation-heavy subjects. Having navigated the Malaysian education system myself, I know firsthand how challenging subjects like SPM Additional Mathematics and Physics can feel when you are only taught to memorize formulas.
Why I Want to Teach:
I love helping students overcome their fear of numbers! My goal is to break down tough engineering and mathematical concepts into simple, practical ideas that make sense. Seeing a student go from feeling stuck to confidently solving complex problems on their own is what drives me to tutor.
My Background:
Through my university studies in civil engineering, I work with heavy calculations, structural analysis, and problem-solving daily. I am patient, structured, and committed to helping you improve your grades while building genuine confidence in your abilities!

As a Civil Engineering undergraduate, my teaching approach focuses on breaking down complex mathematical concepts and calculations into simple, step-by-step methods. I believe in understanding the underlying logic rather than just memorizing formulas.
My Approach & Lesson Structure:
Methodology: We start by identifying weak areas, going through practical examples together, and solving exam-style questions to build confidence.
Lesson Duration: Lessons typically run for 1.5 to 2 hours, which allows enough time for concept explanation and hands-on practice without overwhelming the student.
Who I Teach: My lessons are tailored for secondary school students preparing for SPM (Additional Mathematics & Physics) as well as university students looking for help with foundation or engineering-level calculations.
