About Laila
I am a civil engineering student at NJIT. I have my fair share of math courses from Calculus II and up. Throughout middle school and high school, I have also taken all honors classes so I’m very familiar with the material expected. I also have been working with children in elementary school through high school with skills such as reading, writing, and mathematics for multiple years.

I like to dive deep into the subject matter by discussing the many approaches to math problems by exploring methods that can be applied. For example, a hard or long way to answer a question as well as the easy and quick way. I also emphasize the importance of practice, practice, practice!
