About Gerard Vincent
As a tutor/instructor for 3 years and counting, I am very patient. I believe any student can overcome difficult lessons by giving them the appropriate teaching methods suited for them. Through my years of teaching, I have learned to be flexible with my teaching style depending on what the student is comfortable with. I always enforce positive reinforcement (like "good job" or "keep it up") whenever the student understands a lesson, and gentle when it comes to correcting them to continue boosting their morale.

I teach in a way where students can grasp complicated concepts in a short amount of time. I use a lot of analogies and simplified sentences just to make sure that students understand the lesson. In addition to that, I am really patient with my students and if one method doesn't work, I will immediately find a way to further simplify my topic in order for my students to understand build them confidence in dealing with a certain topic. Usually, my lessons are for college graduate students who are preparing for the Civil Engineering licensure examination. However, I have experience in tutoring Junior High to Senior High Students and I have been consistent with my teaching methods through the years.
