My approach is to make lessons help the pupil revise what they are good with and learn topics they struggle with.Every lesson begins with 10 min revision followed by working on higher complexity.I aim to make lessons fun,small and manageable yet mentally stimulating with provocations and prompts. Using this approach my tutees have consitently scored highr grades.
