About Ben
I am an Accountant who recently qualified CIMA after having studied Economics at University. Together this allows me to apply Economics and Accounting to the real world and provide deeper understanding of the subjects. Although I have not tutored in these subjects before, I taught Swimming for 4 years to all ages, from 2 year olds to Adults so I have exposure to teaching. I am very keen to tutor to help younger students and have some fun learning. Aside from the economics and accounting, I really enjoy my sports (especially rugby) and hope to bring more than just technical knowledge.

I base my approach on generating an interest and a final outcome from the situation or problem. By seeing an end goal it provides motivation to get there. I also believe in making learning enjoyable and relating it to a real example someone may experience. That not only helps with learning the subject, but also aids life experience. I hope this approach will be a fresh approach to their usual learning experience as everyone learns in different ways. Having completed Accountancy exams after a degree, I have use various learning techniques and have experienced the different ways in how people learn.
