About Heather
Change is an 'inside job'. To change on the outside, you must first change the way you think, feel and act. I will teach you to make the mental changes needed to create your ideal body. I hold a Health Promotion degree and am passionate about helping women achieve their health goals.

There is a reason you are at your current weight and it has very little to do with what you eat and how much exercise you do. The cause of your current weight is in your mind. Therefore,
to lose weight and keep it off, you need to change your thinking first. Your weight and body shape are reflections of your self-image, unconscious beliefs and habits.
In our sessions, we work on changing your self-image and habits to create your ideal body. I use a coaching approach to guide you to release excess weight forever.
