About Sharon
Professional dancer who has taught dance and exercise for over 40 years. Yoga certified teaching yoga for over 15 years with 3 years experience teaching chair yoga for seniors for over 3 years. My students gain strength, flexibility, and balance helping relax the body from relieving chronic pain balance to students with Parkinson's disease relief from anxiety and stress relief.
