About Katie
For the past decade I've worked as a classroom teacher and private tutor, teaching math to hundreds of elementary and middle grade students. I most recently developed my own math tutoring business in my previous home of Baltimore, MD. In this role, I worked with over 30 students of ranging from second graders to high schoolers taking Algebra II. My students always receive a commitment to helping them reach their specific goals!

I received a Masters degree in education from the University of Connecticut and hold a valid teaching certificate for grades K-6 in Connecticut and Maryland. I recently moved to the Wichita, KS area where I am working both in person and virtually with students across the country. I specialize in math tutoring for the upper elementary and middle grades, particularly in the area of pre-algebra/algebra readiness.
