Cum Laude Graduate with Bachelor’s Degree in Education: Grades 5-9 with concentrations in ENGLISH LANGUAGE ARTS & SCIENCE. Former teacher for 5.5 years. Active teaching certification. Also skilled with MATH (all levels) & SOUTH CAROLINA HISTORY. My in-class teaching experience includes general education as well as accommodating most disabilities & language discrepancies. I am patient, compassionate, animated, & excited by your success. I don’t have any problem telling you I’m proud of you. I formerly left teaching in a class setting in 2020. In the meantime, I’ve been a top-rated history tour guide every year while also city manager, lead guide, & trainer of other guides. So, I never really left teaching entirely.

I taught middle school science, English, and mathematics for 5.5 years. I have also tutored algebra up to college 101 level. I have worked with students who have special needs that can be immersed in a gen-ed classroom such as ADHD, ESOL, and medium-end autism. Being ADHD myself, I will help you learn in new & exciting ways while keeping the energy high and the positivity flowing. You’re a superstar, and every master of any skill was once a beginner.
