About Sohaib
I am a 4th year medical student at Cambridge, having completed a BA degree in Natural Sciences. I have experience tutoring and offering advice for university admissions for medicine.
I am happy to help with applications to medical school including aspects like: writing personal statements, planning the UCAS application, preparing for BMAT and UCAT, and preparing for interviews (traditional, panel, and MMI) as well as holding mock interviews. I can offer specialised support for different universities, having received offers for medicine at Cambridge, Imperial, Birmingham, and Sheffield.

Having tutored subjects at KS3 to A-Level standards since 2016, I am now focusing on offering support for university applications. By default I can aid the student methodically through the different parts of the medicine admissions process, but I can also tailor sessions to address specific needs.
Sessions can focus on any aspect of the application, from the early stages of picking university options strategically and writing a personal statement, to preparing for the BMAT and UCAT, and preparing for interviews (for any style of interview, from traditional panels to MMI stations, with mock interviews). Additionally, I can offer tailored tutoring for Oxbridge admissions specifically, where we can focus on various medical topics of interest.
