About Akanksha
About Me
I am a passionate and dedicated teacher who enjoys helping students understand concepts clearly and develop confidence in their studies. I believe that every student learns differently, so I try to adapt my teaching style to suit the individual student's needs and pace.
I particularly enjoy teaching Cambridge Lower Secondary and IGCSE students, where conceptual understanding, logical thinking and application of knowledge are extremely important. I aim to create lessons that are interactive, structured and engaging rather than based only on memorisation.
My Future
My long-term goal is to continue developing as an educator and build meaningful connections with students from different backgrounds and educational systems. I would like to expand my experience in international education, particularly Cambridge and other UK-based curricula.
I hope to help more students achieve their academic goals while continuously improving my own teaching methods and subject knowledge. For me, teaching is not only about completing a syllabus; it is about helping students become more confident, curious and independent learners.

About My Lessons
I am an experienced and dedicated online tutor specialising in Cambridge Lower Secondary and IGCSE Science. I focus on making concepts clear, logical and easy to understand rather than relying on rote learning.
My lessons are suitable for students who want to:
Build strong conceptual understanding
Improve their confidence in Science
Prepare for Cambridge IGCSE examinations
Practise exam-style and application-based questions
Learn how to structure answers according to examination requirements
Identify and improve their weak areas
What You Can Expect
My classes are interactive and student-focused. I explain concepts step by step, use real-life examples and diagrams where helpful, and regularly check whether the student has understood the concept before moving ahead.
I also use conceptual questions, application-based questions, past-paper style questions and exam practice to help students develop the skills required for examinations.
I can adapt the pace and teaching approach according to the student's level, learning style and goals.
