About Luis

My method is very similar to that of Kale Anders, and I place a lot of emphasis on each student’s individual goals. Since each person has different objectives regarding the language, I always aim to adjust sessions and materials according to each student’s needs, helping them express themselves and gradually increase their grammar, vocabulary, and verbal fluency. Some of the activities we do include debates, pronunciation exercises, simulations, audio exercises, grammar drills, reading, and more, all tailored to their level and goals. But the ultimate purpose is that, regardless of the situation, they will be able to express themselves with confidence and clarity. This method has proven to be very effective for my students from various backgrounds, from actors to business executives, and I have achieved excellent results. I'm a little shy, and I really needed somebody to make me feel comfortable in the classroom, and Luis has done that for me. He makes you feel like you're in a safe space. The classes are great :)
What a professor! Super commited, friendly, the classes are just awesome. He really doesn't need to be this good, but he is, and it makes all the difference
I've taken lots of classes with Luis and it's great. It is easy to understand everything and has a unique method to get involved with the language through a fun experience. (Not a classic boring book). I recommend it.
Luis is so good! And he is also so nice and kind and full of expertise. I don't know what it is about him that makes you feel so comfortable. I can't recommend him enough!
What a great professor. When you go to school, you really learn to appreciate the good ones—and Luis is by far one of the best. Honestly, it makes a huge difference having someone like that as a mentor.
