Hi! I'm Yang, a former researcher specializing in photonic quantum computing, with a strong academic background in physics, mathematics and advanced scientific research.
I moved to Australia in 2017 to pursue postgraduate studies and have spent several years working on challenging scientific problems involving quantum physics, optics and photonic technologies.
Physics has always fascinated me because it helps us understand how the universe works, from everyday phenomena to the extraordinary behavior of light and matter at the quantum level.
Through my research experience, I've developed strong analytical thinking, mathematical reasoning and problem-solving skills. More importantly, I've learned that even the most complex scientific concepts can become understandable when broken down into simple, logical steps.
I believe that understanding physics should be an exciting journey of discovery, rather than a frustrating exercise in memorizing equations.
I'm patient, approachable and enthusiastic about sharing my knowledge with students. I understand that physics can sometimes feel overwhelming, particularly when mathematical concepts become more challenging.
What motivates me to teach is the opportunity to help students overcome these challenges, develop confidence and discover that physics is not as intimidating as it may initially seem.
