About Luisa
I have two degrees from one of the best Universities in Brazil (UFMG): literature and language teaching. I teach both English and Portuguese in free courses and as a private tutor. I have an English certificate by Michigan University and experience with different student profiles.

I adore learning languages and I have studied Latin and Spanish. Currently, I'm learning French. Because of that, I understand the struggles and challenges my students go through. I love adapting classes to different student profiles, as the variety motivates and inspires me. At the moment, I teach children, teenagers and adults.
My main goal is to help students express themselves. I would also love to share some of the Brazilian culture! I want to find an approach that works for you and show that learning languages can be a lot of fun!

Comecei a dar aulas durante o curso de Letras e me apaixonei! Tenho experiência com níveis básicos e avançados. A variedade de perfis me motiva e gosto de poder adaptar as aulas ao contexto de cada aluno. Atualmente leciono para crianças e adolescentes, inglês geral para adultos, e Business English. Sou muito paciente com meus alunos mais velhos.
Meu objetivo é ajudar os alunos a se expressarem. Como o inglês mudou minha vida, eu gostaria de ajudar meus alunos a mudar a vida deles também! Quero encontrar um método que funcione para você e mostrar que aprender inglês pode ser muito divertido!
