I have a bachelor's in Information Technology and I am currently pursuing my Master's at Warwick Business School. After graduating with my Bachelor's degree I have worked in the IT industry for 3+ years, honing my technical and people skills like teamwork and communication.
My passion for teaching and spending time with students gives me fulfilment. Throughout my education, I used to volunteer as a teacher for younger students in school. I took this forward by formally volunteering as an English teacher with an NGO in India during the pandemic. I have enjoyed helping students develop their language skills and broaden their understanding of the world. Through my volunteer work, I have gained valuable experience in lesson planning, classroom management, and cultural sensitivity.
There is no better feeling than knowing that the time I spend with a student will not only help them learn new concepts and ideas but will also shape their understanding of the world and of themselves.
Approach -
I prefer conducting online classes starting for 30-60 minutes. My lessons in Reading, English and Oratory are primarily for young kids (8-12 years). However, my Oratory and CV Writing lessons are even directed towards professionals who are preparing to enter the corporate world.
Beyond subject matter, I strive to provide students with life lessons and skills that will help them develop their character and find their place in the world. I believe that a successful classroom session is one where students not only learn new concepts but also gain insights that will stay with them long after the class is over.
I encourage a collaborative and open learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and expressing their thoughts.
I aim to create a space where students can be their true selves and learn from both me and their peers.
