I am Ruchita's younger sister, and writing about her teaching is truly special for me because I have experienced it throughout my life.

Since childhood, she has always been my teacher. Being the elder sister, she never just asked me to memorize things. Instead, she explained every concept with simple, practical examples from our everyday surroundings, which made even difficult topics easy to understand. Her way of teaching is patient, engaging, and focused on making sure the student genuinely learns.

What I admire most is that she doesn't just teach subjects—she builds confidence. I used to be very scared of examinations, and whenever I felt anxious or lost confidence, she motivated me, encouraged me, and reminded me that I was capable of doing well. Her constant support helped me overcome my fear.

I still remember my Class 10 board exams. I disliked Biology and Chemistry and was not at all prepared for them. I honestly believe that if she had not taught me with such patience and dedication, I would not have been able to score well in those subjects. She made difficult concepts so simple that I started understanding and even enjoying them.

Her passion for teaching, her ability to connect with students, and her caring nature make her an excellent teacher. She teaches not only with knowledge but also with empathy and dedication. I wholeheartedly recommend her for a teaching position, and I am confident that her students will benefit from her guidance just as I have.
