A student pursing a bachelor's degree. I love speaking. I have given lessons to people around me that have dealt with low self esteem, anxiety and relationship problems. I have also taught them different ways on how to mange stress.

About the lesson

I give lessons to teenagers and young adults. My classes are based on stress management. I love asking questions and enjoy active engagement in each lesson. I love learning new things from my students so feel free to express your opinions.
