About Kars

Hi! I'm Kars (they/them). I'm a massage therapist, yoga teacher, and reiki practitioner. I have 10+ years of experience of somatic dance training. While dancing professionally in NYC, I completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2019. Since then I've gone on to pursue massage therapy and reiki. I love this work and look forward to sharing all I have to offer.

About the lesson

I'm a trained Reiki practitioner, yoga teacher, and massage therapist. My lessons are for those who are looking for the assistance to relax, refresh, and dive deeply into mindful self-awareness. No prior experience is necessary! A typical lesson will last 20-35 minutes. Services offered as part of each lesson: -reiki energy healing -journal prompts -guided meditation transcript -audio file of meditation
