About Karthika
> Hi, I’m Karthika — a B.Sc. Renal Dialysis Technology student and a self-trained fitness enthusiast. I used to weigh 72 kg, and through home workouts, clean food habits, and strong discipline, I reduced my weight to 58 kg and gained strength — all without a gym. I created my own hostel-friendly fitness routine that helped me stay fit using just my body weight and minimal space. I understand how challenging it is when you have limited food options, no equipment, and mental blocks. That’s why I now help other girls and women — especially students or hostel/home-based girls — to start their fitness journey step by step. I offer simple workouts, realistic food guidance, and emotional support — not as a strict trainer, but as someone who understands and supports from the heart. If you’re shy, struggling, or feel stuck, I’m here to guide you gently but consistently — because I’ve been where you are, and I know how to help you come out strong.
