About Kayla
I am a freelance illustrator working with individual small business owners all around the country. I'm inspired by the woodland and her inhabitants which is why I find myself admiring Beatrix Potter so much!
I'm also a small farmer raising angora rabbits (and hedgehogs!) I spin wool into yarn and knit the yarn into sweaters. It's a magical life and I hope to show through my watercolor illustrations.

I approach with a very fluid and focused eye, but with a loose spirit..and all the smiles.
I acknowledge how I study every line and figure, and appreciate that I have my creativity.
I believe in taking artwork slow and steady. Patience is key in truly cherishing your devoted work.
