My teaching method would be to try and see that before i can give any solutions, students must try and do things on their own because the best way to learn programming is to learn about the errors and mistakes performed by a person and what led to it. I keep my knowledge updated as per market standards as i also am needed to be up to date about latest programming norms to get a place in the market.
