- Bachelor of Music (Honours) Degree in HK, major Piano - teaching piano and playing as piano accompanist for more than 2x years - Experienced, patient, flexible by face to face or online teaching -

Joan is my son's music theory teacher. She is also the Piano Accompanist of my son's ABRSM Cello Examination.

Joan is very well-prepared, firm and took into account the needs and limits of my son. She shows great patience during the classes.

I believe the most important thing Joan helped my son with is getting him confidence in performance. With Joan's support, my son has achieved good result in both Performance Grade Exam and his Theory Exam. I strongly recommend Joan to you!

I am a pro cellist/bassist and have known Joan for more than 20 years and been playing in many different concerts.
She is a nice, enthusiastic, inspiring and patient piano teacher/accompanist and has helped a lot of my friends' children and my students.
If you are looking for a piano teacher, I'd definitely recommend Joan as she is cheerful, patient and full of ideas.
