About Isabel
I am a 3rd year Mathematics student at a top 100 university. I have always had a passion for maths and I owe that to the great teachers I’ve had. I also understand that some aren’t as lucky, so many years ago I was already tutoring my sister. When I realised I could truly help students not hate maths, I started tutoring professionally. I am a very patient person and don’t mind explaining a concept a million times if that’s what a student needs.

I am in my 3rd year of my bachelor's in Mathematics and have been tutoring for the last 4 years. I believe no child is bad at maths, everyone can learn to be good at it if they are taught in a way that suits them. Although maths is all about numbers, I like to make lessons as relatable and creative as needed in order for a student to understand. Whether that means pictures, stories or other methods, at the end of the day I want a student to not only understand the method but also feel confident to apply it in a test environment.
