About Odwa
My name is Odwa Mmangelwa, I am an intermediate phase mathematics student teacher in grade 6 and grade 7. I am interested in being a tutor because of the change I have made to my learners’ lives. My learners compliment my teaching, some even said they used to struggle with mathematics since grade 4, but ever since I have opened a group to teach them online they started to excel in mathematics and passed it with 90%+. And I want to keep on making a change to Intermediate phase learners’ lives, so that they do not struggle with mathematics.

My lessons are unique in such a way that I do not only write steps as numbers, I also make notes where I explain every step, for instance, “50+20=70 Step 1: You add five 10s with two 10s to get seven 10s which give you 70.” My notes are concise, and they do assist even in the future to re-read them when you forget what to do on a certain step.
