I WILL NEED YOUR LATEST LAB REPORTS AND YOUR DAILY LIFESTYLE REGIMEN.
IN THE FIRST WEEK : WE WILL HAVE ONE- HOUR SESSION WHERE I'LL GET TO KNOW YOU BETTER.
During this time, I will review your lab reports. Discuss your daily lifestyle and understand what do you typically eat in a day.
It's also a chance for me to learn about your preferences, including your favourite foods and habits.
BASED ON THIS INFORMATION, I WILL CREATE A PERSONALISED DIET PLAN TAILOR TO YOUR SPECIFIC NEEDS, LIFESTYLE AND PREFERENCES.
Each week, I will share this plan with you and we will have a 15 minute follow-up session to discuss your progress. We will see if you are sticking to the plan or if any adjustments are needed.
Additionally, we will incorporate some Ayurvedic medicines to enhance the results.
After we have gone through all of that, the cost for you at personalised diet plans, tailored specifically for you will be 8(concealed information) per month.
