It is also essential to me that students pass their exams with high marks to give them a better chance of securing opportunities, such as scholarships or admission to their dream university.

I try to work with students who have a hard time applying concepts learned to real-life examples, similar to the NCEA exams. I can help in structuring NCEA answers to elevate them towards a Merit and Excellence response.
I can cover the materials learned in class in a manner that is easier to understand, so that students understand a concept rather than rote-learn it.
I have taught students and peers in Biology before and feel confident in providing some insight into helping someone pass or achieve a higher mark on their exams!
A typical lesson would be around 1h30 long, but my time can be flexible to fit the student's needs.
