About Leia
My aspiration in life has always been to help other and it started in high school. While there, I realised that there were few facilities that were offered to young students and teenagers who felt that their mental health was continuously at risk due to academic and personal reasons. I acted as a counsellor of sorts who took her role seriously, to help those in need through talk sessions, active listening and when appropriate intervening.

I chose this platform because in order to learn effectively in an academic setting one has to be comfortable enough in their work ethic so they buckle down and do the work that is needed of them. My methods are meant to help students get to the core of the issues that block them from meeting their full potentiel.
I insist that each student needs at least two sessions with me in order to understand what needs to be accomplished.
In the first session, we start off with presenting the issues arising in the students life which is stopping them from doing the work or the activity that needs to be done. Depending on what the student wishes to accomplish my methods will differ.
In the second session we will regroup and see if there was any improvement in the individuals mood and work ethic, if that isn't the case then we will proceed accordingly.
