About Karolina
The method I have been developing in the last 2 years is based on:
• body relaxation and meditation
• stimulation of the senses
• techniques of artistic expression (painting, drawing, collage, writing, body movement)
These methods combined together can activate the flow of free imagination, as well as, lower our self-judgment.

Creativity is innate in all of us, with this path of self-awareness you can experience it on your skin. Through personalized creative stimulation sessions, you will be able to learn to: • Gain confidence in your creativity • Listen to your body in order to express your inner needs • Find the creative method and the most suitable tools for you For this, you don't need any artistic skills to start this journey. The method is based on: • body relaxation and meditation • stimulation of the senses • techniques of artistic expression (painting, drawing, collage, writing, body movement) These elements together activate the free imagination and allow to lower the barriers of self-judgment.
