About Jordan
I'm a practising artist with a background in both studio practice and art theory, currently based in London. My path has taken me through Columbia University, the Cornell print shop, prestigious galleries like David Zwirner, and now the Royal College of Art. These experiences have taught me that meaningful learning requires both technical skill and intellectual curiosity. I'm committed to helping you develop a nuanced understanding of art and creative expression—not just how to make it, but why it matters. I create a learning space where questions are valued, experimentation is encouraged, and your individual perspective is central. I'm here as both a guide and a fellow practitioner, ready to support your creative and academic growth.

I teach visual arts, art history, and creative writing through hands-on practice and discussion. Drawing on my experience mentoring emerging artists at Artists For Humanity and coaching university applicants through Elite Star Tutoring, I've learnt that the best teaching happens when students feel genuinely invested in what they're learning. My approach combines structured skill-building with open exploration, encouraging you to develop your own voice and perspective while building confidence and independence as a learner. I create personalised lessons tailored to your goals—whether building a portfolio, deepening art historical knowledge, strengthening your writing, or preparing for university. Lessons are typically 60 minutes and are designed for secondary students through adults seeking to develop their artistic or academic practice.
