About Chloe
During our first meeting, we utilize a free trial session to assess your current level and define your technical goals. We analyze your reading of tabs and your grasp of scales immediately.
This assessment helps us establish a clear roadmap for your progress. I leverage my BMus degree to provide a structured path through complex fretboard theory.
We dive into blues progressions to sharpen your timing. Every session provides specific technical drills for your hands. We address barre chords and lead guitar mechanics with direct, no-nonsense feedback.
I believe my experience provides the clarity you need to succeed. You will be playing with newfound confidence in no time.

Have you ever wondered why certain chords sound so much fuller on a professional recording than they do in your own practice room? I started teaching because I wanted to bridge that gap for serious players who feel stuck. My own musical journey began at the U of T Faculty of Music, where I focused on guitar as a secondary study alongside my violin training.
I have spent 9 years working with 412 students, ranging from self-taught players to busy professionals who need structure. I treat every scale, mode, and lead guitar line as a vital component of a larger musical language.
Songwriting and rhythm guitar are central themes in how I help adults construct their own voice on the instrument. We work through the complexities of barre chords and electric technique to ensure you can play with ease. I find great satisfaction in seeing students overcome long-standing plateaus and just get better.
