About Lucila

I have training in alternative and energy therapies, in education, humanities and arts. Training and experience in meditations, breathing, relaxation, self-knowledge techniques, cleaning, care and energy work. Training and experience in group coordination, in non-formal and formal education, in various arts from an approach of freedom, free expression, encounter, healing and artistic creation. Education in art education and training in art therapy.

About the lesson

I accompany people in their searches, needs and personal interests. I work from listening, from dialogue and from learning to know each other and giving time, space and love to each other. I also speak english and portuguese if any person needs.
