About AMANA
Hi! I’m Amana Badishan, an architecture student with experience using AutoCAD as part of my architectural studies and design work.
I enjoy teaching AutoCAD in a simple and practical way, especially to beginners and students who are new to architectural drafting. I understand that software can feel overwhelming at first, so I focus on explaining each tool clearly and demonstrating how it can be used in real drawing situations.
My teaching style is patient, friendly and hands-on. I encourage students to practice while learning so they can gradually become comfortable working independently.
I can help students understand AutoCAD from the basics, develop their 2D drafting skills and create clear architectural drawings such as plans, elevations and sections.

My AutoCAD classes are designed for beginners and students who want to learn the software through practical, step-by-step exercises. I focus on helping students understand the tools and workflow rather than simply memorising commands.
Classes can cover the AutoCAD interface, basic and advanced drawing tools, layers, dimensions, annotations, blocks, layouts, scaling, plotting and creating clear 2D drawings. For architecture students, I can also introduce architectural drawings such as plans, elevations, sections and basic drafting standards.
A typical class starts with a brief introduction or revision, followed by a demonstration of the tools or techniques. The student then works through the same exercise with my guidance. I encourage students to practise during the class and ask questions whenever needed.
The lessons can be adapted according to the student's existing skill level and goals, whether they are completely new to AutoCAD or want to improve their architectural drafting skills.
