I tutored 3 kids for 2 years and just by learning to pronounce words properly, their marks drastically increased! It really is worth knowing how to pronounce words and how to use them correctly. Often teachers that teach Afrikaans, aren`t even Afrikaans speaking, hence the lack of correct pronunciation. I make lessons fun with various games. When something is fun, kids will be more willing to learn.
