About Federico
I know what it's like to feel lost when it comes to studying. As a child, I attended international schools, such as the International School of Brussels and the International School of Florence, where I had to learn English from scratch. Returning to the Italian system in middle school was an additional challenge: I had to reacclimate myself to studying math, science, and all the other subjects in my native language. I experienced firsthand what it means to feel "slower" or struggling compared to my classmates, especially when teachers, instead of simplifying concepts, make them even more complex. However, I never gave up. With perseverance, commitment, and the desire to give my best, I overcame those obstacles, obtaining top marks with honors, both in my middle school final exams and in my scientific high school diploma. Today, I'm a graduate student in Aerospace Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Turin and am writing my bachelor's thesis in collaboration with Avio Aero (GE Aerospace), where I did my internship. I decided to tutor because I want to help those who are experiencing the same difficulties I experienced. I want to show my students that, with the right explanations, a little patience, and the right motivation, no goal is impossible. If you believe enough, nothing is impossible.

My teaching approach is based on a fundamental principle for me: the quality of understanding matters much more than the quantity. The goal of my lessons isn't to quickly read entire chapters or mechanically complete dozens of exercises, but to ensure you truly understand the topic. Once the basic concepts are clear and solid, you'll notice the difficulty of any class assignment or test dramatically decrease. To achieve this, my method emphasizes simplicity. I like to explain even the most difficult things in clear and direct terms—almost as if I were explaining them to a child—getting straight to the heart of the matter and avoiding getting bogged down in peripheral details. I know that every student has their own pace, which is why my lessons are always based on patience and active listening: a calm and supportive environment is the first step to successful learning.
