About Andy
Oxford PPE | Top-Ranked Student | International Applicant
I graduated from Oxford University in 2025 with a First-Class degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE), ranking top 10 in my year. I was admitted to Balliol College, which has an acceptance rate for PPE of just 5% — the most competitive out of all Oxford colleges.
What makes me a little different: I'm Chinese-Canadian, so I grew up in Canada and had to figure out Oxbridge admissions entirely from scratch, with no school network or local guidance to lean on. I know how opaque and intimidating the process can feel from the outside, as well as how to break through it.
