I am an undergraduate student studying a Maths degree and have been offering tutoring for over a year locally. I have 2 A*’s in Maths and Further Maths at GCSE level. I have an A* in Maths at A- Level and I self taught Further Maths A-Level and achieved an A.

I believe maths is very much a “doing” subject, so I go through each topic the student struggles with and explain it with a real world context or application. Then it’s very much a case of doing exam paper questions step-by-step and understanding the process to get the right end result.
