About Dewi
I am a fitness trainer, healthy lifestyle coach, and wellness writer dedicated to helping people reclaim their energy, reshape their bodies, and re-engineer their health from the inside out. I work with individuals and groups and I aim to educate, motivate, and help others live fuller, healthier lives—without extremes, and without giving up the foods and routines they love. As a lifelong health and fitness enthusiast, I don’t just teach healthy living—I live it. It is my mission to help you achieve the real, lasting change you crave and to feel strong, confident, and in control of your health. That’s what I have done, in guiding, supporting, and empowering others to achieve results while creating sustainable routines that work in real life. I design personalized training and lifestyle programs that focus on reducing body fat, building strength and lean muscle definition, and improving metabolic and cardiovascular fitness and health. But beyond workouts and meal plans, I help clients shift their habits and mindsets, and implement daily systems that drive long-term results.

If you want flexibility, enjoyment, and a life that feels good while you lose weight, and, if you are tired of conflicting advice and want expert support and accountability, this is for you.
Through a personalized plan based on your unique goals and lifestyle, I guide you in building sustainable habits around exercise, meals, mindset, and more. You'll gain clarity, reduce reliance on medications, and finally enjoy food while making steady progress.
We start with a deep goal review and problem area assessment, then I coach you through real change—with expert support, accountability, and a proven, lifestyle framework that fits you.
You'll receive customized fitness training (in person or online) 3 to 5 times per week, weekly coaching calls, and ongoing guidance. You'll have expert strategies for energy, motivation, emotional eating, stress, environment, and more—plus the tools and accountability to follow through. If you're ready to stop spinning your wheels, and finally see and maintain progress, I’m here to help you make it happen.
