About Daniel
College Math and Physics Tutoring, founded in 2012 and based in Los Angeles, CA, provides one-on-one instruction for high school and college students in math, physics, and chemistry. Led by Daniel, a full-time tutor with a double major in physics and mathematics from an Australian university, the service covers courses including calculus I–III, business calculus, statistics, pre-calculus, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and finite math. Physics tutoring spans high school and college curricula, including MCAT and medical school prerequisite physics, and chemistry support is available at both levels.
Test preparation is offered for the GRE, GMAT, TEAS, CBEST, SAT, and ACT. Most sessions are delivered online using a real-time whiteboard, with in-person options available in the Los Angeles area. The standard rate is $160 per hour. Daniel has worked with students from LMU, USC, UCLA, Cornell, CSUN, CSULB, UC Berkeley, UCI, and various community colleges, and students have subsequently been accepted to institutions such as Brown, Stanford, USC, and UC Berkeley.
