About Grace
Hello! My name is Grace and I am currently getting an economics degree at the University of Manchester. I am passionate about economics and the learning of students within the subject of economics and business. I was the highest scorer in my cohort for economics A-level, and off that achievement I was recommended as a tutor for the current A-level economics cohort at my local school. I have tutored a handful of year 13 students through their exams, one student going from a D to an A, and another from a U to a C. I always take care to cover all content in the course with you, alongside consistent exam practice. This is done through online sessions and weekly homeworks, which I mark free of charge for you. I have also volunteered with GCSE economics students to help them with content they feel less confident with. I achieved a grade 9 in business GCSE and cover lots of business-focused content in my degree. I was also a semi-finalist managing director in the Young Enterprise scheme.

I offer weekly online tutoring sessions, an hour per session, over Zoom for A-level and GCSE economics and business. For both subjects, I have compartmentalised each topic and subtopic with videos explaining each topic to you. Which you then make a mind map from for homework, and in our lessons, we go over your homework to ensure you fully understand each concept. Before moving on and doing a past paper in the lesson itself. The homeworks continue over the course of about 10 weeks until you have finished all of the content, alongside exam practice with me every week. From then on we simply continue with exam practice until you feel fully confident for the exam. In the past, I have tailored sessions and homeworks to fit the needs of the specific student. If I set exam papers for homework, you will be able to send them to me and I shall mark them and give feedback free of charge outside of the lesson payments. I tutored a handful of clients from my local school for their upcoming economics A-level exam, one student going from a D to an A, and the other from a U to a C. I have also done volunteering after school to help GCSE economics students with content they weren't confident on yet.

I offer £20 per hour to tackle both content and exam practice alongside each other every week. Every piece of homework you do I will mark independently for you free of charge outside of our lesson hours. So that you see real-time improvement in your progress.
