About Zaki
I am a sixth former pursuing A Levels including mathematics, further mathematics, computer science, and economics.
In October of 2019, I received my GL 11 Plus result, on which I scored 147 (required pass: 121). In October of 2025, I received an official award from the University of Cambridge for scoring the highest marks in the region on a GCSE subject.
As a tutor, I have been hired for test preparation for the 11 Plus based on my 11 Plus background, and have also conducted GCSE maths tutoring for a local school. I am familiar with the style of questions and effective exam strategy.
Additionally, I have work experience with a software house and café.

My sessions are focused on refining the core skills needed that map directly to the style of questions asked on the 11+ Paper, having scored 147 on the GL Assessment 11 Plus myself, I know the ins and outs of the exam and effective preparation strategies.
Our lessons will be centred around solving problems across verbal reasoning, non-verbal reasoning, English and mathematics. We can focus on specific pillars according to the student's strengths and areas where they may need help, with extra, deep focus on any pillar they find tricky.
I bring official exam resources and exam-style papers to lessons, so parents don't have to worry about arranging resources for the lessons.
I have experience with private 11+ preparation, hence I know to heavily tailor each lesson so as to make each individual student succeed and pass the exam based on their current skill level. Depending upon a free initial assessment, we can start with past papers and exam-difficulty problems directly, or we can focus on refining the skills and any current weaknesses so the student develops a rock-solid foundation.
11 Plus Preparation is best suited for students from year 4 to year 6, aged 8-11. Lessons can be arranged from a starting duration of 1 hour, to whatever suits the student and parents best.
